the Clerk produce a flow chart to monitor progress.
The Clerk agreed to do this,
basing it on the SVSC flow chart model.
4. Soft Ware Package.
Howard Longstaff distributed
copies of the Cheltenham Gloucester Questionnaire. He had produced 10 copies
at a cost of £32. It was agreed that a preamble should be given with demographic
questions, giving reasons why the question was being asked. It was agreed that
members of the Steering Group study the questionnaire in preparation for a detailed
discussion of the questions to be asked. This discussion to be held at the next
meeting.

Howard Logstaff proposed
the creation of a Website to give publicity to the Appraisal and to carry the
finally agreed questionnaire. It was agreed that this be done if sufficient
funding was obtainable.

design the Flier to be inserted in the next copy of the Parish Magazine. Philip

a week later. The proposal was for 5 categories with a small prize for each;
a fund of £30 was set aside for the prizes.

stimulate ideas for the children, Photos and art works depicting the village
to be displayed on the walls. Duncan Ferns and lain Laurenson to be asked for
the photographs.

for the moment.
