The Society has a range of social events and talks of local interest throughout the year which are open t all residents of Betchworth & Buckland and their guests.   We also campaign for the protection of the local environment - which includes limiting disturbance from sand quarrying and landfill sites.   The Society also maintains a small grant fund for occasional sponsorship of community projects.
