Citizens Advice – Mole Valley

Citizens Advice during the Coronavirus Outbreak

This is to update you with the provision we are making to ensure a continued service for clients in the current circumstances.

In line with Government guidance, we have suspended all face to face meetings with their clients and substituting this entirely with a phone/email service with a view to trying to protect the service delivered by our advisers for as long as we can.

We are also promoting a local number for direct access to advice from our offices in addition to Adviceline.

———————————————————————————————————-

As part of an outreach project, Citizens Advice Mole Valley is now able to offer appointments with an adviser at Brockham Village Hall.  It is hoped that this will make their service more accessible to residents in Brockham and the local villages, including Buckland.

Citizens Advice Mole Valley provides free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems.

Did you know that you can arrange to meet with a Citizens Advice adviser in a private meeting room at the Village Hall in Brockham?  Please email us to make an appointment.

Access to help and advice is also available without an appointment at the offices of Citizens Advice, Lyons Court, Dorking.

Drop-in times are:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 10am – 1 pm
Wed 10am – 4pm

Alternatively, you can contact Citizens Advice national helpline on: 03 444 111 444

Online advice is available at the Citizens Advice website.
